Job Summary:
Blavity Inc. is looking for a Marketing Manager, Health Stack to own marketing strategy, campaign execution, and partner activation for Health Stack.
This Marketing Manager position is a 1099 contractor role which is responsible for growing Health Stack's audience, brand visibility, and event attendance through marketing campaigns, LinkedIn growth, strategic partnerships, and coalition building.
The Marketing Manager, Health Stack position is responsible for acting as the marketing quarterback for the brand. They own the Health Stack marketing and campaign calendar, run time-bound campaigns end to end, and drive brand visibility through LinkedIn and partnerships. They set campaign strategy, brief internal creative partners, and step into execution on outreach, posting, and event activation themselves. This position partners closely with our in-house content team for campaign creative, Director of Growth & Email for email strategy, SEO & Editorial Lead and client services team.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator who treats marketing as a pipeline, not posts. They are deeply fluent in LinkedIn growth tactics, partnership development, and campaign management, with the ability to set strategy while stepping into execution for outreach, posting, and event-driven moments.
This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff with a dotted line to the VP of Digital Operations.
Contractors will be responsible for providing their own equipment, including but not limited to laptop computers, cell phones, or any other electronic equipment required to perform their role.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Health Stack marketing and campaign calendar end to end, including planning and executing time-bound marketing campaigns across pharma, nurse, and physician outreach, event pushes, and editorial moments
- Brief internal creative partners (Anselm and Lia) on campaign creative, storytelling series, and video concepts; submit requests to the Email Director for email marketing support and the Growth Director for paid and growth experiments
- Own Health Stack's LinkedIn page including voice, cadence, and content calendar; post editorial, event, and campaign content formatted and framed for engagement and distribution on the platform
- Proactively reach out to individuals on LinkedIn to invite them to Health Stack events and programming; grow community through comments, DMs, and relevant LinkedIn communities on behalf of the brand
- Build a pipeline of potential partners including industry experts, pharma companies, associations, and community leaders in the health and med tech space; pitch and close partnership opportunities that drive audience, brand awareness, and event attendance
- Equip partners with assets, messaging, and clear calls to action to promote Health Stack effectively; maintain relationships with existing partners and steward their experience
- Own the Health Stack event attendance KPI; drive registrations and attendance through LinkedIn outreach, partner activation, campaign execution, and targeted marketing across pre-event, live-event, and post-event moments
- Maintain a light but consistent presence on the Health Stack Instagram (approximately 5% of scope), repurposing high-performing content from LinkedIn and other channels
- Design and lead growth experiments across content, outreach motions, and partner activations; track and report on follower growth, engagement, partnership pipeline, campaign performance, and event attendance
- Translate insights into recommendations for leadership, own intake and prioritization for Health Stack marketing initiatives, and represent the Health Stack brand credibly in outreach, partnerships, and community moments
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or partnerships, ideally in a media, community, creator-led, or lifestyle brand environment
- Proven track record running marketing campaigns end to end, from strategy through execution and measurement
- Demonstrated success growing an audience or community on LinkedIn, with receipts
- Proven ability to build and activate partnerships that drove measurable audience or event outcomes
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in fast-paced, multi-brand or high-growth environments
- Strong written communication and pitching skills
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience marketing in the health, wellness, or lifestyle space
- Existing network in health, wellness, creator, or community ecosystems
- Experience supporting events or event-driven marketing campaigns
- Technologies: Strong working experience with LinkedIn (personal and company page growth), LinkedIn analytics, and light CRM or outreach tracking tools; fluent in Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite
- Additional Qualifications:

- A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture
Details:
- This is a fully remote, U.S.-based contract role of approximately 10 hours per week, long-term with room to grow as the brand scales. Occasional travel may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Candidates must be available to work in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone.
- The hourly rate range for this role is $40 to $50 per hour.
