Job Summary: Blavity is looking for a Manager, Client Services (CS) to oversee the planning and execution of our client’s branded campaigns. They will serve as the primary point-of-contact for large scale activations, tentpole and digital campaigns. This position actively collaborates with key stakeholders to identify creative assets, establish workflows, assess resource needs, and ensure digital media campaigns meet project quality standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned brand strategy professional who has a track record of translating the client’s voice and vision into engaging digital and experiential campaigns. Additionally, they are composed under pressure and resilient to change, service-oriented and customer-focused, and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a Full-Time position which reports directly to the Associate Director, Client Services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large scale activations, tentpole and digital campaigns, representing Blavity as the primary CS contact post-sales
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand campaign scope, KPIs, and renewal/upsell opportunities
  • Ensure feasibility of execution by aligning on resource allocation within CS and across creative teams
  • Oversee campaign brand voice guidelines, acting as the final signatory to ensure consistency in style, quality, and tone across all channels
  • Manage account profitability by distilling key insights from campaign analytics and strategizing solutions 
  • Proactively identify and share upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio with the Sales team
  • Partner with leaders in CS, Sales, and Marketing to distill and package insights into new product offerings and/or thought leadership for our customers
  • Serve as a mentor to the role of Coordinator, Creative Services

Qualifications

  • Education: N/A
  • Required Experience
    • 4+ years customer-facing experience at a media agency and/or publisher
    • Experience managing digital advertising strategy for a brand portfolio 
    • Portfolio including digital, social and experiential campaign work
    • Experience extracting and interpreting data to build actionable customer insights through storytelling 
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Undergraduate degree
  • Technologies:  
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite
    • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Additional Qualifications: 
    • Ability to effectively manage 5+ live campaigns simultaneously
    • Ability to assess design/copy for alignment with both Blavity and customer brand
    • Experience cultivating networks and providing excellent customer service
    • Ability to serve as a Brand Ambassador for the company and brands
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats 
    • A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture

Details: 

  • This is a fully remote role, U.S.- based role. Occasional travel may be required. 
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Candidates must be available to work 75% in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone. 
  • The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.
